Calypso Summer is an enthralling mixture of wonderful archive footage, humorous anecdotes and poignant reflections by surviving players from the 1960/61 Test Series between Australia and the West Indies.
Although Australia won the series a perpetual trophy was named in honor of the visiting captain(The Frank Worrell Trophy) and the West Indies Team was accorded the unprecedented honor of a ticker-tape farewell attended by over 500,000 people who lined the city streets of Melbourne to say 'Thank You'.
